The Concept

You start by filling out this form with all the relevant details about your upcoming wedding. You can add your ideas and inspiration, such as colors, specific imagery, or even a particular location, and I will use that to come up with a concept.

Once the concept is set, I will provide an accurate quote (custom Ketubahs start at $1400). You'll then submit this order form and once I receive the payment, the work begins!

The Text

I offer many different Ketubah text options, including Reform, Conservative, Orthodox, Same Sex, Interfaith, etc. You can also customize the text with your partner and/or your Rabbi.

Simply select the text you'd like in the order form or indicate that you are using custom text. I can digitally fill in your details in both English and Hebrew or leave blanks for you to fill in by hand.

Once the text is finalized, I'll send you a proof to triple check and approve. I then make a high quality giclée print of the text and get ready for the next step.

Design & Painting

I start by sending you sketches of the design. Once approved, I get started with painting directly on the watercolor paper. I usually use watercolors and Indian ink, plus love adding gold accents using real 24k gold leaf.

I will keep you updated every step of the way and once the final touches are added, the Ketubah is ready to be shipped to you!
